I recently posted this on another person's blog, but I feel that motivation is looked upon wrongly. Instead of getting up in the morning and saying 'uggh, I have to go run to today" why not think about it like this: "alright, I can run today". Think about all the people who have disabilities, or lost limbs, or war vets, who can't run.. They can't experience the thrill of running. Same with any other 'task'. Think about it in a way that some people can't experience some things anymore...hope this helps!
I take a look in the mirror and think "come on you can do better" - this is enough. If not I look some motivation pics from fitness boards. Help a lot :3
My motivation to exercise is... as shallow as it sounds, I don't want to get fat! It makes me feel healthier too, but if I said that was my motivation I would be lying.
